About The Heritage Edit

Beautiful Homes Should Be Collected, Not Mass Produced

The Heritage Edit was born from a lifelong love of antiques, vintage pieces and beautiful old things — and from a belief that some of the best things already exist. Sometimes they just need someone to see their potential.

I have always preferred using, wearing and living with older pieces. I love things that have had a previous life: beautifully made objects, old fabrics, time-worn furniture, vintage clothing and decorative pieces with the sort of character you simply cannot manufacture.

Before The Heritage Edit, I had my own vintage clothing shop, so searching for overlooked treasures and giving old pieces a new life has been part of what I’ve done for years. Eventually that obsession moved from my wardrobe into my home, and The Heritage Edit followed naturally.

Beautiful Things at Affordable Prices

One of the biggest aims of The Heritage Edit is simple: to find beautiful antique and vintage pieces and bring them to you at genuinely affordable prices.

I don’t believe having a home filled with interesting, special things should cost the earth. Our pieces start from just £14, because collecting antiques and creating a beautiful, individual home shouldn’t be reserved for enormous budgets.

Walk into many interiors shops today and you can spend considerably more on something newly factory-made and designed to look old. I would much rather find you the original.

There are incredible pieces sitting in antique shops, markets, fairs and auctions waiting to be rediscovered — often beautifully made, completely individual and available for less than their modern reproductions.

That is a huge part of what drives The Heritage Edit.

I love finding something another person might walk straight past and seeing its potential. An old silver bowl becomes a bathroom catch-all. A vintage jug becomes a vase. An antique tray becomes part of a drinks table. Beautiful old linens are brought back out and actually used.

These things were made to be used, loved and enjoyed — not thrown away.

What You'll Find

I source an ever-changing collection of affordable antiques, vintage homeware, decorative objects, vintage fabrics and linens, artwork, ceramics, silverware, equestrian antiques and country house finds.

I’m particularly drawn to English country house interiors, equestrian style, blue and white china, coastal and nautical antiques, traditional fabrics and collected interiors — homes that feel personal, layered and as though they have developed naturally over time.

Everything is individually chosen by me.

I spend much of my time visiting antique fairs, vintage markets, auctions, antique shops and independent dealers, searching for pieces that are beautiful, useful, unusual or simply too good to leave behind.

A Little About Me

I live in the English countryside with my two miniature sausage dogs and have always been a collector at heart.

Going to antique markets and fairs is genuinely one of my favourite things to do — whether I’m sourcing for the shop, searching for a client or supposedly having a day off and inevitably coming home with something anyway.

For me, a huge part of the enjoyment is the hunt. You never quite know what you're going to find.

Antique & Vintage Sourcing

Looking for something particular? We also source to order.

The Heritage Edit offers antique and vintage sourcing for residential and commercial properties, from individual statement pieces to collections of items needed to bring an entire space together.

We can source for homes, holiday properties, hotels, restaurants, pubs, shops and other commercial interiors, working to your style, brief and budget.

Whether you're searching for vintage fabrics and linens, artwork, equestrian antiques, ceramics, silverware, decorative accessories or unusual statement pieces, the aim is always the same: finding pieces with character that make a space feel individual.

Because a beautiful home doesn't need to be filled with expensive new things.

Sometimes the piece with the most character, the best craftsmanship and the greatest story is the one that's already been around for fifty — or a hundred — years.

See the potential. Use the old things. Give them another life.
